Form messages receive a reply within two working days with suggested visit slots. Urgent measure requests before a lease end date should include move-out date in the room notes field.

Phone calls are answered weekday mornings; voicemail is returned the same day when possible.

What to prepare before a visit

Clear alcove floors and remove loose items from hall nooks so laser lines are unobstructed. If building management requires visitor registration, send the form name and ID rule before we arrive.

Photos of existing wardrobes you dislike are as useful as inspiration images — they show depth and door problems to avoid.

Parking and access

Avenue de la Liberté studio visits can use street parking or the Gare quarter garages. Flat visits in pedestrian Grund may require parking at Grund upper level with a short walk — we allow time in the schedule.

Kirchberg tower jobs need lift booking; send concierge contact details when you confirm the appointment.
