Kindred Project Closets is the controller for personal data collected through this website, email, and phone for wardrobe design services in Luxembourg City and nearby communes.

We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Information we collect

Contact forms and emails may include your name, email address, phone number, district, room dimensions, and project notes. Measure visits add site photos and sketches tied to your address when you book a flat visit.

Invoicing stores billing name, address, and payment reference required by Luxembourg accounting rules.

How we use your data

Data is used to reply to enquiries, schedule visits, produce wardrobe drawings, coordinate installers, and issue invoices. We may share necessary contact details with joinery partners solely to fulfil an instructed commission.

We do not use your project photos in public marketing unless you give separate written consent.

Retention

Active project files are kept for the duration of the commission plus twelve months for snagging queries. Invoices and tax records follow statutory retention periods applicable in Luxembourg.

General enquiries that do not proceed to a paid visit are deleted within eighteen months unless you ask us to keep notes for a future date.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data where no legal retention duty applies. Contact [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy request”.

You may lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD) if you believe processing violates applicable law.
