Commission process

Step one — site measure and brief

We visit your flat with laser measure, level, and photo record of alcoves, services, and access paths from parking to the room. You walk us through daily storage habits: coat count, shoe pairs, long hang, and whether luggage stays in the bedroom.

Building rules on noise hours and lift reservations in Kirchberg towers are noted on the job sheet so install day does not conflict with syndic letters.

Step two — layout and finish selection

Within the agreed calendar window we issue plan views and section heights with module breakdown. Finish codes reference CL-05 samples you confirmed at the studio or during the visit sample case.

One structured revision round is included in package fees. Additional rounds are billed at hourly design rates listed on the pricing page.

Step three — workshop drawings

Approved layouts convert to cut lists and panel schedules for our joinery partners. Door handing, hinge side, and filler strip widths appear in millimetres so site surprises are reduced.

Electrical or lighting notes pass to your electrician as a separate marked sheet when wardrobe lighting is part of the scope.

Step four — delivery and install coordination

Panel deliveries are sequenced to fit elevator dimensions measured on visit day. Install teams protect floors and remove packaging according to building waste rules common in Luxembourg residences.

Optional oversight visits on install day catch plinth gaps or alignment issues while adjusters are still on site.

Step five — handover and adjustment

Doors and drawers are adjusted for even reveals. You receive a care sheet for laminates and a contact path for hardware warranty claims through us.
